Promoter: LEVC MTECH Limited, Li Close, Ansty Park, Ansty, Coventry, CV7 9RF, trading as Geely Auto UK.

 

 

1. Overview

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the promotional offers (“Promotion”) available on new Geely EX5 and Starray EM-i vehicles ordered between 01 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 and delivered by 31 July 2026.

 

1.2 By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms.

 

1.3 The Promotion is available through participating authorised Geely retailers in the United Kingdom and is subject to vehicle availability.

 

2. Definitions

• “Eligible Customer”: A UK resident purchasing at retail terms (including a business purchasing at retail terms).

 

• “On the Road Price (OTR)”: The total retail price including VAT (where applicable), delivery, registration fees, number plates, and first year VED where applicable.

 

• “Finance Deposit Allowance (FDA)”: A manufacturer funded deposit contribution available only when the vehicle is purchased using an eligible finance product.

 

• “0% APR PCP Offer”: A promotional personal contract purchase finance offer at 0% APR, subject to finance approval.

 

• “Promotional Period”: 01 April 2026 – 30 June 2026.

 

 

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is available to Eligible Customers who:

 

• are resident in the United Kingdom;

 

• if an individual, are aged 18 years or over;

 

• order a new Geely EX5 or Starray EM-i vehicle during the Promotional Period and delivered by 31 July2026.

 

3.2 The Promotion is not available with:

 

• Fleet support

 

• Business support

 

• Broker programmes

 

• Motability schemes

 

• Any other non-retail support programmes.

 

3.3 Only one set of promotional benefits may be applied per eligible vehicle purchase.

 

4. Finance Deposit Allowance (FDA)

 

4.1 The FDA is available only when purchasing a Geely EX5 or Starray EM-i vehicle using an approved finance product through Geely Auto UK Financial Services or its panel lenders  (“Approved Finance Product”).

 

4.2 The FDA:

 

• is funded by Geely Auto UK;

 

• is deducted from the price of the vehicle, leaving a cash price against which the finance product is applied;

 

• is only  available if the Eligible Customer completes the purchase of the Geely EX5 vehicle using an Approved Finance Product

 

• cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives;

 

• cannot be applied retrospectively;

 

 

5. 0% APR PCP Offer (49 Months / 6,000 miles p.a.)

 

5.1 The 0% APR PCP Offer is available on new Geely EX5 or Starray EM-i vehicles ordered during the Promotional Period, subject to finance approval and eligibility.

 

5.2 Finance is subject to:

 

• status, creditworthiness, and affordability checks;

 

• the terms and conditions of the specific finance agreement;

 

• charges for excess mileage, vehicle condition, early termination or early settlement where applicable.

 

5.3 Retailers may offer different examples depending on participation and lender arrangements.

 

5.4 Geely Auto UK Financial Services is a trading name of CA Auto Finance UK Limited (FRN: 312683) PO Box 4465, Slough, SL1 0RW. The Promoter is not a credit broker or a lender. The participating dealer is a credit broker not a lender and may receive commission for introducing customers to CA Auto Finance UK Ltd. This will be a fixed amount which will be disclosed to the customer before any commitment is made.

 

 

6. Customer Incentive Package (Geely EX5 PRO & Geely EX5 MAX Only)

 

6.1 Eligible Customers purchasing a GeelyEX5 PRO or Geely EX5 MAX may choose one of the following:

 

1. Andersen A3 Home Charger for £499 (RRP £1,499)

 

2. Cord Home Charger for £299 (RRP £949)**

 

3. £500 Octopus Electroverse charging credit

 

6.2 The customer must select one option at the time of order. Once selected, it cannot be changed.

 

6.3 Home charger supply and installation:

 

• fulfilled by approved third - party installers;

 

• subject to a site survey and suitability;

 

• additional installation work may incur extra costs payable by the customer;

 

• subject to the relevant installer’s terms and conditions.

 

6.4 Octopus Electroverse credit:

 

• subject to the provider’s terms;

 

• must be used within 2 years of issue.

 

7. Ordering, Registration & Availability

7.1 Vehicles must be ordered between 01 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 and delivered by 31 July 2026 to qualify.

 

7.2 No extensions or exceptions will be offered.

 

7.3 Promotion availability is subject to vehicle supply and participating retailers.

 

 

 

9. Data Protection

 

9.1 Personal data collected for participation in this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Geely Auto UK’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

 

9.2 Where incentives involve thirdparty providers (e.g., charger installers or Octopus Electroverse), relevant personal data may be shared with those providers solely to administer and fulfil the customer’s selected incentive.

 

 

 

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
