GEELY AUTO UK – Q1 2026 National Sales Campaign Terms & Conditions

Model: Geely EX5 (SE, Pro, Max)

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules applicable to the promotional offers described below for Geely EX5 models purchased and registered between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026. By participating in the promotions, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The promotions are offered and administered by LEVC MTECH Limited, Li Close, Ansty Park, Ansty, Coventry, England, CV7 9RF, trading as Geely Auto UK.

2. Definitions

2.1 “Geely Manufacturer Grant” refers to the following Geely Auto UK deposit contributions which are funded solely by Geely Auto UK and are applied to the on the road price of the Geely EX5 vehicle: £2,300 (Geely EX5 SE), £3,200 (Geely EX5 Pro) or £3,750 (Geely EX5 Max).

2.2 “Test Drive Voucher” is a discount of £500 applicable towards the purchase price of a Geely EX5 vehicle, following completion of a test drive and subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2.3 “on the road price” refers to the total retail price of the vehicle which includes all mandatory fees such as first registration fee, number plates, VAT, delivery, admin fees, first-year VED.

3. Eligibility and restrictions

3.1 The promotions are valid only for participants and purchases meeting the following criteria:.

3.1.1 The participant (which may be an individual or business) must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom.

3.1.2 If an individual, the participant must be at least 18 years old at the time of entering into the purchase agreement for the vehicle.

3.2 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with fleet support, business support, broker or Motability schemes.

3.3 Vehicles must be ordered and registered by 31 March 2026, subject to availability.

3.4 Promotions are limited to one application per eligible vehicle purchase; only one Geely Manufacturer Grant, one Test Drive Voucher, and one wall charger discount or Octopus Electroverse credit (see clause 6 below) can be applied per purchase.

3.5 Finance offers are subject to status and affordability checks by Geely Auto UK Financial Services or its panel lenders.

4. Geely Manufacturer Grant Terms

4.1 The Geely Manufacturer Grant applies to the Geely EX5 and the amount varies by trim as shown above. It is provided as a contribution that directly reduces the on-the-road price of the vehicle.

4.2 The Geely Manufacturer Grant is funded solely by Geely Auto UK and it is not related to or provided by any government scheme, including the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant Scheme, as the Geely EX5 currently does not qualify for that scheme.

4.3 The Geely Manufacturer Grant cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, services, or other promotions—it is specifically applied as part of the eligible vehicle's pricing structure.

5. Test Drive Voucher Terms

5.1 A £500 discount (no physical voucher is supplied) will be applied to the on the road price of the vehicle at participating dealers at point of sale.

5.2 The offer is valid only for participants who physically attend and complete a test drive drive from 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026 and purchase and register the vehicle by 31 March 2026. Virtual test-drives, ride-alongs, or alternative interactions will not qualify.

5.3 Proof of completion of the test drive must be provided at the time of purchase in the form of a test drive confirmation receipt, email acknowledgement from the dealer, or a dealership-issued certificate.

5.4 Proof of I.D must be provided to evidence that the individual purchasing the vehicle is the same individual who completed the test drive. Acceptable forms will be determined by the participating vehicle.

5.5 One voucher per vehicle, non-transferable, no cash alternative.

6. Free Wall Charger or Octopus Energy Credit Promotion Terms (available on Geely EX5 Pro & Max trims only)

6.1 Customers who purchase a GeelyEX5 Pro or Geely EX5 Max : may select ONE of the following: (a) Andersen A3 Wall Box Charger for £499 (RRP £1,499); OR (b) Cord Wall Box Charger for £299 (RRP £949); OR (c) £500 Octopus Electroverse charging credit.

6.2 The customer must select their preferred option at the time of vehicle purchase. Once selected, the option cannot be changed.

6.3 The wall charger will be supplied and installed by a third party supplier and the purchase and installation is subject to that third party’s terms and conditions.

6.4 Suitability of the wall charger will be dependent upon third party site assessment.

6.5 Octopus Electroverse charging credit must be used within 2 years from the date of issue.

7. Finance Offers Terms

7.1 Finance is provided subject to status, creditworthiness and terms of the relevant finance agreement. Representative examples are for illustration and actual figures may vary.

7.2 BCH/PCH: Business Contract Hire/Personal Contract Hire availability via appointed partners; terms available from your dealer or Regional Finance Manager.

7.3 Early settlement, mileage, wear and tear and termination fees may apply per the finance agreement.

8. Modifications and substitutions

8.1 Should unforeseen circumstances necessitate the cancellation or alteration of the promotions, Geely Auto UK reserves the right to make modifications or extend/pause the promotional period without prior notice. Such changes will ensure that eligible participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

8.2 In the event the promotions are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute the promotional benefits for an alternative of equivalent or greater value.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data collected in connection with the campaign and finance applications will be processed in accordance with Geely Auto UK’s Privacy Policy, available here and applicable UK data protection laws.

9.2 Where incentives involve third parties (e.g., charger providers, Octopus Electroverse), data may be shared with those providers to fulfil the offer, subject to their privacy terms.

10. Misprints & Liability

10.1 While all efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors and omissions may occur.

10.2 Geely Auto UK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the campaign, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
