1. Overview and Eligibility

1.1 The Offers are available only to individuals who are:

1.1.1 UK residents aged 18 or over; and

1.1.2 retail customers purchasing a Vehicle for personal use (excluding business and fleet customers); and

1.1.3 holders of a valid UK driving licence,

(eligible individuals collectively referred to as "Customer", "you", or "your").

1.2 Except where otherwise stated, the Offers apply only to new Geely EX5 Pro and Geely EX5 Max models, either from dealer stock or factory order ("Vehicle"). They do not apply to used, pre-owned, or ex-demonstration vehicles.

1.3 The Offers allow eligible Customers who order and register a qualifying Vehicle between 23 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 to receive one of a selection of customer benefits ("Benefits") described in paragraph 2 below.

1.4 These Offers are available only for retail sales completed and registered by 31 December 2025. Vehicle availability is subject to stock and dealer discretion.

2. Customer Benefits

2.1 Subject to the conditions in these Terms, eligible Customers may choose one of the following Benefits upon registering their qualifying Vehicle:

2.1.1 Andersen Geely A3 Bespoke Home Charger (7.4kW, 32 amp, single-phase) with standard installation for £499 ("Andersen Charger"); or

2.1.2 Cord Home Charger with standard installation for £299 ("Cord Charger"); or

2.1.3 £500 Octopus Electroverse Charging Credit ("Charge Credit").

2.2 To receive any Benefit, the Customer must:

2.2.1 order and register a qualifying Geely EX5 Vehicle by 31 December 2025;

2.2.2 take delivery of the Vehicle; and

2.2.3 (in respect of the Andersen Charger, Cord Charger, or Charge Credit) wait a minimum of 14 days after handover of the Vehicle.

2.3 The Customer does not need to take any additional action at the time of order to claim the Benefit. Eligibility will be confirmed automatically by Geely following registration of the Vehicle.

2.4 All Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

3. Home Charger Benefits

3.1 To receive a Home Charger (Andersen or Cord), a Customer must:

3.1.1 be the owner of the property where the Home Charger will be installed; or

3.1.2 be a tenant with the landlord’s written permission to install the Home Charger, and must have suitable off-street parking at the property.

3.2 Installation is subject to a property survey carried out by the relevant charger supplier (Andersen EV Ltd or Cord). The Customer must liaise directly with the supplier for survey and installation.

3.3 Where standard installation is not possible, additional installation costs will be payable directly by the Customer to the supplier. If the Customer declines a non-standard installation, they may instead opt to receive the £500 Charge Credit as an alternative. In the event that the Customer cancels a vehicle order after installation of a Home Charger or activation of Charge Credit, the Customer shall be obliged to reimburse us for any Home Charger installation costs and any Charge credit code shall be voided.

3.5 Geely is not the manufacturer, supplier, or installer of either charger and has no control or liability over performance, delivery, or installation. All charger-related matters should be addressed directly with the relevant supplier.

4. Charge Credit Benefit

4.1 The £500 Charge Credit will be issued as a digital voucher or redemption code by Geely’s third-party partner, Octopus Electroverse Limited ("Octopus").

4.2 The Charge Credit must be redeemed within 6 months of the Vehicle handover date to the Customer. Unused or expired credits will not be reissued or extended.

5. Geely EV Grant

5.1 The Geely EV Grant is a discount funded by Geely which is applied to the recommended on the road price for the vehicle trim in question. 

5.2 The Geely EV Grant is not affiliated with or provided by the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant scheme as the Geely EX5 is not currently eligible for this scheme. 

5.3 The amount of the Geely EV Grant varies depending on the trim as follows: Geely EX5 SE £2,350, Geely EX5 Pro £3,200, Geely EX5 Max £3,750. Eligibility and grant amount are subject to change. Please contact your Geely dealer for full details. 

7. Personal Data

7.1 Please refer to Geely’s Privacy Notice (www.geelyauto.co.uk/privacy-policy) for details on how Geely will use and share your personal information in connection with these Offers.

8. Our Liability to You

8.1 Geely will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature sustained by any participant in the Offers unless the loss is:

8.1.1 Foreseeable and caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care;

8.1.2 Caused by events outside our control (e.g. delays or third-party issues);

8.1.3 Avoidable by taking reasonable action; or

8.1.4 Business-related (Geely will not be liable for loss of profit, business, or opportunity).

8.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict Geely’s liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(c) breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. General

10.1 Geely shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 Geely may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.

10.3 If any section of these Terms is found to be unlawful, the remaining sections shall remain in full force.

10.4 If Geely delays enforcing these Terms, it does not waive its rights to enforce them later.

10.5 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and both parties may bring proceedings in the English courts.

10.6 If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

10.7 In the event of a complaint, Customers should first contact Geely. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to The Motor Ombudsman (https://www.themotorombudsman.org).
