Can I reserve my Geely EX5 completely risk-free?
Yes. Your reservation fee is fully refundable at any time. If you change your mind, simply contact our team and we’ll return your deposit in full.
When can I test drive the Geely EX5?
As a reservation customer, you’ll be invited to our Geely EX5 test drive events before they open to the public. We’ll confirm dates and locations with you well in advance.
Can I choose my interior and exterior colour?
Yes. You can select your preferred interior and exterior colours with your local dealer when processing your order. For this exclusive reservation event, we have a curated range of colours available, and our team will work with you to match your ideal combination.
How do I choose my charging offer?
Once you’ve placed your Geely EX5 reservation, a member of the Geely Auto Team will contact you to discuss the different offers with you. They’ll talk you through the benefits of the home charger and the Electroverse credit to help you decide which best fits your lifestyle.
When will I receive my new car?
Deliveries of the Geely EX5 begin in October. Your dealership will keep you updated and arrange a convenient handover date and time.
Can I visit a dealership to see the car before I reserve?

Our new EV will arrive in dealerships after the official launch in October. The exclusive reservation offer, including the Launch Welcome Pack, will close before then.

Reservation offer also secures your invitation to Geely events, your opportunity to see and drive the car before the general public. If you decide not to go ahead afterwards, your £99 reservation is fully refundable.

How can i request a refund of my reservation fee?

Your £99 reservation fee is fully refundable at any time and will automatically be returned to you when you collect your Geely EX5. If you would like to cancel your reservation and have your £99 reservation fee refunded, please email geely@strive-group.com with your order confirmation.
