Geely Electric Arcade Test Drive 

The vehicle you will test drive at Electric Summer is insured by LEVC Mtech Limited trading as Geely Auto UK (“Geely Auto”), subject to your acceptance of the following requirements by signing the indemnity form prior to driving.

You will be required to produce your driving licence card (both sides) to the event organiser before you drive the vehicle.

You understand that Geely Auto’s insurance cover will apply only where you do not have applicable cover under any other insurance policy.

In order to drive you must:

1. Be in possession of a current full driving licence valid for driving in the United Kingdom and not be banned or disqualified from driving.

2. Agree that you will be driving (or being a passenger) at your own risk and the choice is yours to participate in any Test Drive activity.

3. Acknowledge that neither Geely Auto nor any of its employees or agents shall be liable in respect of any action, costs, claims, damages or expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with this driving activity.  Geely Auto does not limit its liability (if any) for death or personal injury caused by its negligence (or that of its employees or agents) or for any matter which it would not be lawful to exclude such liability.

4. Agree to wear a seat belt at all times and drive with due courtesy to other road users.

5. To the best of your knowledge, not suffer from any physical or mental illness or disability, permanent or temporary, which may make it unsafe for you to drive.

6. Confirm that your eyesight meets the standard required for a driving test.

7. Confirm that you will not operate any vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any other substances that may affect your ability to drive (note that you will be required to take a breathalyser test prior to driving any test drive vehicle).

8. Confirm you will not use a mobile phone or other device while the vehicle is in motion unless such use is legally permitted (for drivers only).

9. Accept that at any time Geely Auto, its employees or agents, reserve the right to cease your participation in driving the vehicle in the interests of safety.

10. Accept full liability for any road traffic management infringements caused whilst you are in charge of the vehicle.

11. Understand that Geely Auto’s insurance policy may not apply where you have applicable cover under any other policy.

Geely Electric Arcade Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Yellow Fish on behalf of Geely Auto UK of Li Close, Ansty Park, Ansty, Coventry, England, CV7 9RF ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to both UK and Non-UK residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of the Promoter, the participating hotel, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. Entry Period

The prize draw opens at 10am on 29th July 2026 and closes at 5pm on 31st August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must sign up and enter their personal details when promoted.  

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Incomplete, illegible or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• One night's stay for two people at art'otel London Battersea Power Station - 1 Electric Blvd, Nine Elms, London SW11 8BJ

• Accommodation in a standard double or twin room (subject to availability at the time of reservation).

• Breakfast included for two people 

The prize excludes travel, transfers, meals (unless specified), drinks, insurance, gratuities, and any other incidental expenses.

The prize must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of notification, is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply at the time of request. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed.

9. Personal Data

Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used solely for administering the prize draw and awarding the prize, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
