Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Win a pair of football tickets

1) THE PROMOTER 

 

The promoter is Geely Auto UK Limited of Li Close, Ansty Park, Ansty, Coventry, CV7 9RF (the “Promoter”). 

 

2) THE COMPETITION 

 

a) The title of the competition is the “Football Tickets Competition” (the “Competition”).

 

b) The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

3) HOW TO ENTER 

 

a) The Competition will run from midday on 4 September 2026 to midday on 10 September 2026 (the “Competition Period”). 

 

b) All Competition entries must be submitted during the Competition Period.  Any Competition entries received after the Competition Period has ended are automatically disqualified. 

 

c) To enter the Competition, a participant must, during the Competition Period:

 

• like a Competition post which has been posted by the Promoter on either Instagram, Facebook or TikTok; and

 

• follow @GeelyAutoUK on either Instagram, Facebook or TikTok; and

 

• tag a friend who you would like to share the prize within the comments on the Competition post on either Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

 

d) There is no charge to enter the Competition other than any normal internet/data charges incurred by the entrant.  No purchase is necessary. 

 

e) There is no limit of the number of Competition entries that can be submitted per person.  Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.

 

f) By submitting a Competition entry, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize, and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 

g) The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical or other problems outside its reasonable control.

 

4) THE PRIZE 


 a) Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to watch Coventry City FC v Brighton and Hove Albion FC at The Coventry Building Society Arena at 14:00 on Sunday 13 September 2026. 

 

b) Each winner’s prize consists of match tickets only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel, accommodation, food, drink and any other expenses associated with attending the match are not included.

 

c) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered, except where the Promoter determines otherwise in exceptional circumstances.

 

d) The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so. 


5) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION


 a) The winner will be selected at random using a from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period using a computer-generated random draw.

 

b) The winner of the Competition will be contacted by direct message using the contact details that they provided at the time they submitted their successful entry within 24 hours of the end of the Competition Period.  

 

c) The winner of the Competition must respond within 24 hours of being contacted by the Promoter.  If the winner does not respond within this 24-hour period, is unable to accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

 

d) The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of an entrant. 

 

e) The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 


6) TICKET CONDITIONS


 a) Use of the prize is subject to Coventry City FC’s and/or the stadium's ticketing terms, conditions and ground regulations.  This may require a winner to provide contact details to Coventry City FC in order to claim and use the prize.

 

b) The winners and their guests may be required to comply with any applicable age restrictions, identification requirements or other entry conditions imposed by Coventry City FC’s and/or the stadium.

 

c) The prize must not be sold, advertised for sale, transferred for commercial gain or used in connection with another promotion.

 

7) FIXTURE CHANGES


 Football fixtures may be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled for reasons outside the Promoter's control. The Promoter will not be responsible for any such changes or for any costs incurred by the winner or their guests as a result.

 

8) PUBLICITY AND WINNER INFORMATION


 a) The Promoter may announce the winner's name or social-media username in connection with the Competition, subject to applicable laws.

 

b) The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition, but participation in such publicity will not be a condition of receiving the prize.

 

9) PERSONAL INFORMATION


 Personal information supplied in connection with the Competition will be used for the administration of the Competition and delivery of the prize and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which is available here.

 

10) SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS


 a) This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

 

b) Entrants must comply with the applicable social-media platform's terms of use.

11) INVALID ENTRIES


 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, submitted using multiple or false accounts, or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

12) GENERAL


 a) The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the Competition is final, subject to applicable law.

 

b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

 

c) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, if it has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition. 

 

d) Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13) GOVERNING LAW


 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
